Shipping

Unless otherwise requested Louis Ferre, Inc. ships all order via UPS Ground. Upon request only, we will ship via Next Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air,  - Saturday Delivery, Second Day Air, Second day Air(AM).

Free drop shipment fee for any orders (domestic only).

 

Return policy

​

• Requests for ALL RETURN(S) must be made within 20 Days of the date of invoice. NO EXCEPTIONS.

​

• Must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from your sales representative. The return authorization number must be shown clearly on the outside of the return box and must be return to Louis Ferre within 15 days from the date RA# issued.

​

• Any package(s) without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be refused.

​

• The returning party must prepay the freight/shipping charges.

​

• Returned Merchandise(s) Must Be in Mint Condition and is defined by Louis Ferre, Inc. as: No missing labels or no missing tags, hair net not removed, item(s) not combed/fluffed and all merchandise must be in its original shipping box and otherwise it will be refused.

• Upon approval, credit will be applied to your Louis Ferre account.

​

• There will be a Restocking Fee $15.00 for all Synthetic Hair Items and $25.00 for all Human Hair and Human Hair blend items.
